We are a consulting company operating in several key countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

ASB was established in 1997 as a purely Czech company. Initially, we provided services mostly to Czech clients. In the following years, the ASB team was strengthened by professionals experienced in foreign investment issues and created a new portfolio of professional services customised for foreign investors in CEE.

Together with the development of our experience in providing complex services for foreign investors, our client base and our team expanded significantly. In reaction to the demand of our clients (foreign investors in CEE), ASB decided to take advantage of its unique know-how and opened offices in Slovakia and Poland. 

We provide foreign investors, in all our locations, with shelf companies (ready-made companies), registered seat, complex accounting services, financial reporting, bookkeeping and all services related to essential company administration and management. Our clients also use ASB for payroll, external management and other professional services enabling them to focus on their core business. Foreign investors do not have to make any office arrangements or spend time on recruitment (looking for their own accountants, payroll clerks, local management board, financial reporting managers, assistants, secretaries) because it is our task to take care of all our clients’ needs in CEE.

Currently we look after a number of foreign investment projects in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Our staff and all levels of management are local and have the necessary experience to deal with foreign investors. Most key members of our local staff have international experience and  worked for the “Big Four” firms.
